I'd have to choose "Everybody Loves Raymond". Thank goodness my family isn't just like theirs BUT that quirky family does make me think of the dis function that (I assume) is present in all families. They still really love each other.
When we gather for Thanksgiving, I find myself taking a personal pleasure in observing more subtle examples of those same characters.(BTW-I'm Debra:)
Of the new shows, Journeyman. It's interesting tl "go back in time" and think about what might have happened had you made different choices (not that I'm unhappy with the ones I made.)
It's the weird story of someone who lost his family, and couldn't regain them. Very strange series, and I recommend it. Didn't really go anywhere, but... hey, that sort of defines my life! Even the theme song:
"You only want what you can't have, you only want what you can't have."
