What should I do with my long, black, slightly wavy hair so that it’s not frizzy?
Right now my hair is about three inches above my elbows, and I hate how at the back, my hair seems kinda frizzy. My hair is straight, but is also thick and has slight waves near my face (I wish all my hair had little waves but they’re only at the front). All I do with my hair is wash it, towel-dry, and brush it. How can I get it to not be frizzy? For reference, I want my hair to look like Emily Fields’ from Pretty Little Liars (Shay Mitchell).

You can straighten it with a blow dryer. You can use de frizz, gel, and other conditioners... wavy hair is very difficult to complete de-frizz tho. Mine is curly/wavy and I often let it dry naturally this way. When I want no frizz I blo dry, it looks beautiful straight too.
mine is a bit longer but similar texture, i don't brush it until it is completely dry or i brush it before i wash it. this stops the ends of my hair from going frizzy. if this doesn't work try some anti frizz products.
You should get garnier fructis frizz serum. Put it in when your hair is still damp and when it dries it won't be frizzy. I had really really frizzy hair but when I use this it's not frizzy at all.
Try using leave-in conditioners and Bed Head products for anti-frizz.
Put some Bioinfusion smoothing serum on it. That stuff works wonders, also it makes your hair shiny. :) Answer mine please as I think it would be a nice gesture because I took the time to answer yours.
You could get your hair trimmed up every so often to remove split ends. every so often being around 4-6 weeks depending on how quickly your hair splits.
