I live in the USA in Texas and work for a company called MMR.. it's an offshore platform electrical company for the big ocean oil rigs...the drillers and the production skids. I work in the office managing how much we spend on extra things after all the money we spend on scope work (work that's included in the first bid).
1.What is “Your Attitude” Towards Your Company’s Management?
I think our management could be way better. I think it's awful to be quite honest. The job that I'm working on right now (called the ELON) has gotten out of hand. It was so unorganized when I first came on, that no one knew how much cable had been pulled and who had pulled it. It took weeks for me to catch up on our extra work orders and now it's getting better. But of course I'm bitter, because after they used to me to catch them up on everything, they decided to tell me today that today is my last day.
2.How Positive your “Management”, in their Attitude (Decision making, Leadership, Seriousness, Promptness and Competitive attitude)? Explain?
As far as positive goes....you just don't see that out here. Of course they tell the client about the positives, but the employees never hear the positive....always the negative. Once they get a handle on things, they become better leaders. But when I first got here I didn't know who was in charge. People around here have to be prompt, competitive, and serious. But they all have bad attitudes. Down here on the coast you have people doing hard labor jobs for low wages, so I guess I would have a bad attitude as well.
Hope this is good enough for you!

1. I cannot stand my company's management. The owners are emotionally driven and not experienced or intelligent enough to run all aspects of the business. They are the only owners I've ever met who are afraid of change (meaning company expansion due to success) and who hire people not base on criteria and capabilities, but based on how long they've been friends with that person.
2. Decision making is based on what the boss feels like doing that day, not what's best for his business. Most of the employees are life long friends or relatives, and raises are given on whether or not the boss is "friends" with that employee, not what kind of a job that employee is doing.
(these reasons are why I went back to school ^__^)
Good luck with your project!
