What is the actual law that prohibits the sales or knowing purchases of fake or “knock off” handbags?
I have heard differing stories about the legality of the distribution of these bags, that’s why I am requesting the specific law on it. It seems like plagiarism or theft of some kind to me.

It is legal to buy knock off bags but illegal to sell them. I don't know the actual law but knock off purses support drug and human trafficing so its not a really good idea to buy them
