I was on the bus and it was so crowded. I tried to get by and this older woman had her feet in a aisle and her one foot had a cast on it but I accidentally stepped on her foot when she had a cast and she was being rude and saying: “OW!! WATCH IT! DON’T YOU KNOW I HAVE A CAST?! IM GOING TO SUE YOU!” And I said to her: “I am sorry. It was an accident.” Then she was trying to make a big deal about it and try to sue me. It’s like she thought I was assaulting her purposely for bumping into her.
Am I going to get in trouble by the police and is she going to have a way to sue me by taking me to court for stepping on her foot? I mean, there’s a difference between a car accident and bumping someone’s foot, right? Do police make a hit and run case out of someone complaining about their foot that got stepped on?

I wouldn't worry about it. She sounds crazy.
How some time past did this take place? If it became according to week in the past and he or she continues to be no longer strolling oftentimes, I say take her to the Vet. If it merely occurred this evening, possibly its merely bruised and you should be conscious for yet another day or 2 to work out if she improves. an incredible sort of human beings right here could desire to have a ton of time and money to spend on taking their canine to the vet with each little ingredient!
if you hurt someone it doesn't matter if your in a car or on foot other than people who get hit by cars usually have more serious injuries. you can always be sued.
