No offense, I would not consider "I struggle and emerge" to be a natural English utterance. Further problems:

--You want to write this in Mandarin, but Mandarin uses simplified characters, not the traditional which you have written.

--奋斗（奮鬥）is a good word in this sense, 浮現 is not. 浮現 means literally to emerge (from water), and figuratively, to emerge, like an idea emerging from concepts, or an impression emerging from an artistic work, etc.

--和 should not be used for joining verbs of this type ("emerging" is the result/outcome of your struggling)

So after all this criticism, what is my *recommendation*?

First: change your English phrase to something more...natural, like maybe: "I struggle, (and) I overcome".

This is a good idea, because it sounds way more natural in Mandarin, *and* it even rhymes:

我奋斗、我胜过

This is even reminiscent of a common phrase in Mandarin: 奋斗胜过一切："effort/struggle/hard work conquers all".

I can assure you that's way better, but it may not be perfect.You might want to double check with a native speaker of Mandarin who also understands the essence of your English phrase, but keep in mind I, even as a native English speaker, have difficulty understanding your original English phrase.

I'm no expert. I'm learning Mandarin though, and that looks right to me.
