She's 21, we used to go out before bit we broke up. Now were talking to each other again and I think she still likes me. I have a strong gut feeling about it. But I want to make it really special something she will never forget. Can anybody give some ideas? Thank you

go to the beach at night and get into deep conversation on how you feel about her, if she gets up to put her feet in the water, write " will you be my girlfriend" in the sand :D aww lol. idk just an idea.
Most cities have a Marquee that display a scrolling message, rent space on that and Say something like "Mary will you give me another chance, Ted" or go low Tech and rent the trailer sign that you put the plastic letters on and park it where she will see it. Good Luck.
