Well im bilingual and it means "i wish you knew the pain you cause me" although it is not worded correctly if this is what you are trying to say it should be " le deseo que usted sepa el dolor que usted me causa
"He thought you were the one."
But it doesn't make much sense in spanish.
If by "El Uno" it means "el primero" (the first) then:
"He thought you were the first one".
It means: He thought you were the one.
