I don't understand the grammar here and can't translate properly help please? no online translators please it makes no sense need native or fluent :/

My rough translation is:
"Since I have no choice I will have you eat from the bottom of my tail"
Not sure and I can't place this おロ help please?

....sometimes, "下のおロ" means "anal" or "pussy" (Slang).
"下" means "down"
"お口" means "mouth" or "hole".
If do not correct Japanese and just translate it should be almost as you said only no need to add tail as it is not written in Japanese.
