I’m have pretty bad stomach pain accompanied with lower back pain. I’m also feeling very nauseous. My stomach is extended and really hard. I’m a fairly small person. I’m a 20 year old male at 5’11 160 pounds, and my stomach is normally flat, but it’s been like this for 2 days. I’ve been stressing out lately so I don’t know if it’s stress related or not. I was think it could be an ulcer at first, but I’m completely unsure. Some help would be very appreciated.
