I really don't think it's that high. I think he's got an incredible PR team and a boat-load of money. When he has to think on his feet, he's lost. I'm guessing it's in the 100-110 range.

Edit: He didn't graduate at the top of his class. You can get good grades without being smart.

IQ and charisma are two completely unrelated facets to a person.... many intelligent people have high charisma, but they don't necessarily go hand in hand... Obama has charisma, not intelligence.

He seems very clever and deceitful. He must have a high IQ.
