I was sharing the Gospel with someone and she told me she didn’t want to accept Jesus because it would be bad for her mental health. She said her grandpa abused her when she was younger and told her that Jesus told him to do it. So now she can’t think about Jesus without remembering what her grandpa did to her. She also said she thinks she would be a better person without Christianity because she can’t be a good person if she doesn’t take care of her mental health. What do you say to a person like that?

I would say that it depends on the specific church and people she encounters. Because yes, there is a lot of spiritual abuse and power-tripping going on in organised religion. There is also unchurching, where people reject the idea of a bricks and mortar church entirely and treat the world as their church, and there are Quakers and liberal churches.
Many cruel people use religion to do bad things to others. I understand that but everyone is not that way. There is bad people everywhere and we just have to avoid them.
You can tell her that her grandpa as a stumbling block to her toward Jesus the Christ as God in human flesh will stand accountable to Almighty God for what he told her. Her grandpa didn't fear the Lord or he would never have said this to her to cover his sins. Scripture says, "The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom." Her grandpa was a stumbling block to her and I would hate to be in his position when he comes to the Judgment Seat of Christ Jesus. Christians are told by the Lord to never do this because their sin will be harshly dealt with. A matter of fact Christ told your grandpa to tie a rope w/a heavy rock around his head and toss himself in the river if he is a stumbling block to you.
I would respect her wishes.

She could use some counseling, to help her overcome her anger and her irrational ideas.
I recommend she talk to a therapist specializing in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Make sure she asks that question before making the appointment.
Kind of like assuming all dogs are evil and want to kill people, because one dog (a very naughty one) told David Berkowitz to kill a bunch of people.
She is right, stay away from her.
IF he said that it was really the devil tempting him...SHE CAN PRAY FOR CLEANSING OF HER MIND AND REPENT OF SINS TO JESUS. YES SHE CAN DO BETTER...JESUS WANTS US TO REPENT AND BE SAVED...HE LOVES ALL HUMANS!
You say: I'm so sorry that your grandpa hurt you! Thank you for telling me. I understand better now. Is there a way I can help?
Then, you pay attention to her answer.
