It is highly possible. If democrat candidates get anymore brain dead and unintelligible, they may just say screw it in 2024. We are moving to a state of idiocracy and the other Joe "Tiger King" may get his wish to run on the democrat ticket.ย
Don't be so sure about second term election. Even if re-elected, the country falls apart slowly under Trump. We may not survive four more years intact. As to third term, the US Constitution, Amendment #22 prevents it.
No person shall be elected to the office of the President more than twice, and no person who has held the office of President, or acted as President, for more than two years of a term to which some other person was elected President shall be elected to the office of the President more than once.ย
That would be an illegal action on his part and worthy of a revolution to over throw him. Trump was elected to a term of 4 years as President and no President can hold the office for more than 8 years. There is no reason to pretend he was elected for anything else. Him claiming a longer term than our constitution allows would definitely be righteous cause for a revolution to remove him from office. There ARE laws!

For that to happen, there would have to be a Constitutional amendment, which requires the support of 3/4 of state legislatures. So it wonโt happen.
The constitution doesn't allow it.ย
