I have a AGM9500 mouse, and a Logitech M-RAU95 mouse. My PC is a ThinkPad T43 running on Windows XP SP3. The problem is that when i try to move the mouse very fast from a standstill, it goes in some random direction, and sometimes jumps to a corner of my screen. Also, when im playing a game that involves using the mouse, the camera will randomly look up and start spinning. (maybe when it jumps to corner) Both of these mice are USB mice. The touchpad mouse doesn't seem to have these problems, but i would prefer to use the USB. I don't think this is a driver problem, and reinstalling the OS is not an option at this time. Thanks for any help!
Update:Thank you for replying Benjamin, however i highly doubt that it is a registry issue. I keep my registry as clean as possible. I've been researching the USB polling rate, and this may possible be the issue. My other theory is that the hardware in the mouse is not fast enough or smthing. (Note these probs have been less frequent for some reason, however they still do occur when the mouse is moved very fast)

this seems to be registry error , that is why USB mouse behaving mad,the registry of your operating system needs to clean, This type of problem occurs when registry is overloaded with irrelevant information and corrupted files. Registry files are the files that give your computer the instructions for what to do next. If these registry files get corrupt or misplaced, your computer fails to understand what to do. In these instances, your computer loses control, eventually leading to a crash, freezes or some programs will not open, so it is necessary to clean and fix the errors, this can be done manually but depends if you have some know how to sort out the corrupted files, or use PC optimizer registry repairer software like Reginout.
