How is this possible?
if ∆px*∆x = h/2
and ħ = h/2π
then how can h/2 = ħ
And ofc this is more obvious, how can ∆px*∆x = h/2 and then ∆px*∆x = h ??????????
I started to study quantum physics, and till now I had no problems, but this just looks so ridiculous. Can anyone explain in details how and why this is as it is?

You need to be careful with the notation and historical context of the uncertainty principle. Heisenberg's first statements were only that the minimum value for avg standard deviation from the mean x position times the avg standard deviation from the mean p was PROPORTIONAL to h not equal to h. Refinement lead him to add a constant of proportionality of 1/2. Other researchers provided an exact formulation of the constant as 1/ 2π which gives us the familar reduced planck notation, ħ.
.
Hope that helps
