How do I get my fiancé to get help for her bipolar? ?
She is such a wonderful woman. She is my soul mate but she can be soooooooo mean when she's in her 'other' area of her mind. It's killing me and I'm not sure I can deal with this forever. Like I said she is my soul mate and I love her more than life. I just need help in getting her to see this.

No, it is unhealthy for you and her when she doesn't go for help. If you really love her tell her to get the help she needs from a psychiatrist who specializes in Bi-polar disorder. Most do. Tell her you can't take it anymore and will have to leave her because it is having a toxic effect on you.Reassure her that if she will do this you'll be by her side. Find a NAMI meeting and attend. It will open your eyes to this disorder and ask questions about how this is effecting you.
Unfortunately you cannot force someone into mental health care. You could try giving her and ultimatum that she sees a train Bipolar therapist or you will leave her but that may not work. If she is abusing you mentally and emotionally you should leave her if she is unwilling to get help. You say she is your soul mate but unless mistreatment is something you seek from a lover you could do alot better then her.
