Sorry I used so many question marks and stuff but I suffer from panic attacks and i have a huge fear of throwing up and my mother has the stomach virus. Please What can I do to clam down...ugh it's horrible.

just sit down. calm yourself. think about things that you enjoy. breath in through your mouth and out through your nose. slow deep breaths.
I too have panic attacks. Just be with a friend to help calm you down, breath slowly take deep breaths occasionally. And try not to think about throwing up!
Try to distract yourself, read a book watch a movie, etc
ALso, for future panic attacks I would suggest seeing a doctor and maybe getting some medication/therapy for it. MY friend used to have the same problem
this is what i do when i get stressed/upset so maybe it may help you:
go to a room alone
grab some headphones and listen to your favorite music full blast
[i normally go for alesana :) ]
just try to sit down and relax
also it helps to get a notebook and right down your thoughts
like how you are feeling now with the attacks

It helps to talk to someone close to you. Also, it sounds cliche, but if you just think of nothing but counting to ten mississippi really fast then it will also help. Hope you survived your panic attack. :)
