This guy on ebay says i owe him £160 for something?
I Payed £1 for a online game and now hes saying i owe him £160 because the £1 was just to comfirm the order even low i dident order anything worth £160. Can he make me pay
Did you follow thought with the ebay or paypal cheek out? Since if following this it only made you pay £1, then thats all his listing stated, and saying you owe him the £160 is a scam probably hoping you pay without and ebay or paypay for, like just send him the money you know.
Open up an ebay case,if you did what I said you probably will get your money back no game thought. Sorry...
Ya was there and little place on cheek out that said enter shipping cost? Re look at the listing to see if it states shipping anyware. Also pay attention to see if it was changed recently should say at the top of the page...
If this guy is running a scam, and there wasn't something in the listing saying that you were buying something for 160, I would report him to Ebay. They need people like that off the site.
Also, are you under 18? If so, you aren't supposed to be buying things on Ebay. This is why. Kids don't read things and then get into a heap of a mess.
Actually you should report him to eBay and demand a refund. Not only has he misled you, but he is trying to evade the commission he would normally have to pay eBay by not selling the actual product.
"You can’t offer or require the buyer to:
* Make an additional purchase
* Pay an amount beyond the final price and a reasonable shipping fee
* Sign up for a service with the purchase
* Take any unrelated action (such as pay for a hotel room) as a condition for receiving the item or its benefit (such as free or discounted airfare)"

Did you pay through PayPal?

No, that's a scam.
He can't make you pay, and you need to contact eBay and have them resolve it.
