I still want to know where congress got the power to give agencies like the EPA the power to pass regulations. Then again, I still don't see the part in the Constitution that gives the federal government the power to directly regulate business. Apparently the Supreme court thinks "among states" means "regulate business directly".
And btw, you libs would hate me if I became president because I would do way with all EPA regulations and not even appoint someone to lead the EPA. lol
It is? What evidence do you have that this is the case?
Oh! Wait!! Leftists don't need evidence! Sorry. I forgot. I'm not as smart as you. It is going to take me a while to come to terms with this bizarre new way of thinking.
Latest Inventory of U.S. Greenhouse Gas Emissions and Sinks Shows Continued Progress
WASHINGTON — The 2018 edition of EPA’s comprehensive annual report on greenhouse gas emissions (GHG) highlights continued reductions in emissions – about two percent below 2015 levels and 11 percent below 2005 levels. Between 2005 and 2016, GHG emissions in the U.S. electric power sector have dropped by roughly 25 percent.
“This report confirms the President’s critics are wrong again: one-size-fits-all regulations like the Clean Power Plan or misguided international agreements like the Paris Accord are not the solution. The U.S. has reduced greenhouse gas emissions more than any country on Earth over the last decade,” said EPA Administrator Scott Pruitt. “American ingenuity and technological breakthroughs, not top-down government mandates, have made the U.S. the world leader in achieving energy dominance while reducing emissions – one of the great environmental successes of our time.”

Any proof to back your statement up? Accusation are not proof except for liberals.
Cuz, frankly, we can't cure stupid!
Bret Kavanaugh will have nothing whatsoever to do with the EPA or environmental policy on the Supreme Court.
I suppose it is better we have idiot bureaucrats of the EPA pollute the Animas and San Juan rivers as was done under Obama...hmmm? LOL
The court will follow the laws Congress has written with regard to the EPA agency. LOL

The Obama facist eco nazis are gone
Here's the way I look at it. Was the environment in good shape in 2000?
The correct answer is Yes by the way.
So couldn't we repeal most of the environmental regulations enacted since then and still have a good environment?
In truth, Trump has only repealed a very small portion of newer EPA regulations. We're fine.
