It's better to wear a tampon i think but some people think differently. Maybe the reason u can't put a tampon in is because your muscles are not relaxed .....just realax your body when u put in a tampon it'll go in alot easier.

When you play sports,you can wear both a tampon or a pad.If you're going swimming,you need to wear a tampon.Usually my period is light,so I wear pantiliners when I'm on my period when I'm playing sports.It's up to you if you want to wear a tampon or pad during your period.

i think that it's better to wear pads than tampouns, b/c tampouns can sometimes slippe out and pad just stays.
