You'll be lucky if you can find a surround sound system for under £200 at all. Even if you do, it certainly won't be "good quality" - it will be utter crap. But what else can you expect, for so little money?
The CABLES in my system cost more than £200, fer feck's sake...
For that sort of money I would probably go for a sound bar. Because any surround system below £200 will be pretty lame but for a few hundred pound you should be able to get a half decent sound bar.
Failing that though or if a sound bar don't really take your fancy ? I would get yourself on eBay and pick up a used system but one of a better quality.

Look for a sound bar that has one or more digital/optical in, and a separate subwoofer unit.
