Anyways, your competitors probably have a strategy. If they change something....your "present" changes and you aren't prepared. You might end up reacting, such as follleing their lead and that's what they hoped you'd do, to put you out of business. With strategy, you'd have a planned reaction. You may have planned to stay on course.....
You can't plan without a strategy. You have no clear future vision.
