Cats bodies are designed to throw up for a couple of reasons, first, the structure of their tongues does not allow them to spit out the hair they groom off off themselves so they swallow it, this builds up into hairballs that must be purged.
Second, cats evolved eating prey animals like birds, rodents and insects, including feathers, feed, fur, skulls, bones, etc. Their bodies are literally designed to throw up indestible portions of their prey.
HOWEVER, you know your cat and what is and isn’t normal. If you think your cat is out of sorts, you may want to take it to the vet.

Then I would strongly advise you to call your vet and take her in for a check up instead of just hoping she gets better by magic.

The cat may have severe anxiety. Get her an appointment with a feline therapist. Therapy is expensive but worth it.
take her to the vet if youre worried about her
Then take her to the vet. She probably isn't feeling well or is sick. We can't help, but a vet can.
If you think she's ill, take her to the vet. It's not rocket science
