The fact of the matter: Yes animals have sin, the whole world fell into sin when Adam an Eve sinned against God, that is why animals eat other animals now, before that they ate grass and herbs in the Garden of Eden before sin fell upon all the heaven and earth and all creation because of man sin.
Yes. However, God loves people because He has given us free will, which is something animals don't have. Animals do not go on to any kind of afterlife--they just die.
Animals cannot be judged perfect or imperfect, in moral terms, because they are not capable of moral choices. Trying to judge them by that criteria would be like trying to judge whether a sound is the right colour or whether a thought has the correct weight.
In other regards, animals are clearly not perfect. If they were, they would not suffer from illnesses, deformities and other obvious imperfections. They are a part of creation, the whole of which is afflicted by suffering and evil as a result of original sin.
