I put her in today but I think she needs a week or two before she gives birth. She just started to settle down so I don't want to take her out and then chase her around a week later
KEEP her in there and look frequently and when you spot fry (babies), leave them in there and remove her ASAP so she doesn't devour them (which she will).
every minute she is in there she will be stressed. She could abort the fry , she could die. breeding nets are awefull. it would be best to never put any fish in a breeder net, but putting an already stressed pregnant fish in a breeder nest is terible. consider a seporate filtered heated aguarium if you are going to continue breeding fish.
