I had the same problem. In my case it was the cable that connects the refrigerator to the door. This cable consists of 11 wires. Some of these wires were broken. I performed the first two steps on the "English - 6" page of the maintenance manual (https://downloadcenter.samsung.com/content/EU/202101/20210129134220931/3050_EMS_User-servicing-manual.pdf) and repaired the cable. In your case, you need to look up the manual for your refrigerator model.
