The plans didn't meet the new standards of coverage, and they are going to offer new plans to replace this one that ended.
If they really really loved being charged for basic check ups, they can dump the money in a wastebasket. Same difference.
Your own article says that this particular plan was always meant to be a temporary plan and that employers knew this fact when they signed up for the policy.
My ex's new Kroger policy covers 90% of everything and costs $10.00 a week. She thinks it's great.
I married her once I sure as heck ain't going to do it again and besides I have my own plan. $5.00 co-pay for office visits $65 co-pay for emergency room visits $2.60 for generic drugs $6.50 for name brand.
