You get an A+ for this question but he don't obey laws he just makes them for us to obey. BUT No one is bound to obey any law that is unconstitutional and no courts are bound to enforce them. I think it is funny while Obama is bound to make new Gun laws Sheriff's around the country are telling people to buy more guns and not to worry because they will not enforce the laws he is putting out
