RDP bringing up black screen ?
My bosses aren’t helping me so I am here for help. My monitor is plugged into the mini computer they gave me. I turn the computer on and the monitor just gives me that bright black screen, can’t even see my mouse.

monitors have to be manually set to the correct input type. small buttons are provided for this, usually at lower right of the front screen.
