Ok. Hi. :P

**Warning, very long! If you're lazy, this is the gist!: It's a card, looks like a Mew, it;s shiny, and it has a lot of strange symbols on it!**

So my brother has this Pokemon Card, and it looks old, and it's really shiny, and it's hard to explain what it is. I'll do my best.

So, the front:

- On the top row, it has what looks like (in order): A pitchfork, a "t", a "P", then a little bit of space, then in little letters "HC" then in big letters, a right triangle, then an eye.

Then, the picture is of a Mew or something, and in the background, there are random pictures. (Not sure what they are). Then, below the picture, it has two eyes, a "B", something like a lightning bolt, an "N", then an apostrophe " ' ", then a mace, and another "t". Then a little space, and another right triangle and a weird polygon that sort of looks like a wine bottle. Then there is a line below it, and then this section has two triangles, one upside down, one right side up, on opposite sides of the Pokemon Card. Above the left triangle (Has a "+" and an eye in it, right side up), it has "P", "H", "Y", though the Y is backwards, and two lightning bolts. In the middle of the two triangles, there is "H", "P", then a space, a lightning bolt, a "B", then something like, "I'I", then another lightning bolt. Below that, there are a lot of symbols I can't really make on a keyboard, though I'll try my best: "|`", "I", "1", "1", "|`", "I", a backwards "Y", "´´|", "1", "...", then something like a ribbon, then a "B", "I", "A", "|", "|`". Then a line, then underneath, it has the symbols, "R", "I", a backwards "P", "R", "H, "1", a space, then an apostrophe, and then something that looks like a "´´|", a lightning bolt, then a "1". Underneath that, it has two six pointed stars, with rectangles around it. Underneath that, it says "©1995, 96, 98, 99 Nintendo, Creatures, GAMEFREAK. © 1999-2000 Wizards.

Ok, the back. This should be quick.

- It's not like the regular blue back, it IS blue, though is has gold shiny lines going through it, going from a white dot inside a Poke ball, to a green, orange, purple, yellow, whitish-greenish, blue, and red spheres.

I understand that this might mean nothing, though please provide a rarity and a price for this card. :)
