If you post something to your story ... Can you see how many times that person has viewed it or does it have no number next to it because i want to open someones story again but i am afraid they will know i looked at it more than one time lol

Yes they are able to see how many times you've watched it. :(
but tbh are they really going to judge if you've watched it twice? :)
