IMO we need the decay rate (e.g., alpha particles per minute) of plutonium for this calculation.
These are the conversion factors that we apparently need.
100 rem = 1 Sv = 1 J/kg equivalent
1 rad = 0.01 J/kg
According to the second source cited, there may also be a weighting factor to be considered.
