My main weight goal is 175. I am on a 1500 cal diet day. I own a cleaning business and I clean two houses a day so I really get a lot of physical activity in. However, I don’t really have a lot of time to exercise due to my schedule. If I stick with a 1500 cal diet Will I lose weight fast?

A lot of your weight is water weight, which should shed fairly easily. Eating under the maintenance does help a lot, but you need to sweat off the water weight or go through a little detox. as it helps with clearing up all that water weight. This is the one that helped me personally https://tinyurl.com/y9g73aou . Red tea detox, Seemed like a scam at first, but went ahead and bought it and sure enough it did work along with some cardio :) I was able to lose 37 lbs in about 3 months.. Detox, Along with a good diet and some cardio should work for you! Stay strong, Good luck!
Drink only water while you're away from home. Eat anything and everything you want at home but only water when you're away.
Works every time.
At 225 you are obese. (sorry)
That is an illness, with symptoms and causes. To cure it you have to treat both.
The first step should be to see your doctor. If there are underlying causes he can diagnose those and treat them. And if there are symptoms like pre-hypertension and pre-diabetes (which is highly likely) he can treat those too. He can also refer you to a Registered Dietician (not a nutritionist), and a Physical or Occupational Therapist (not a trainer). Many Health Care providers and insurance companies will pick up the costs of those because they are treatments for a medical condition. They have come to realize that it's cheaper to cure obesity now than to pay for Satin and Insulin for the rest of your life. Not to mention the heart surgeries and the amputations.
Losing weight is hard. Keeping it off is hard. A long-term calorie restrictive diet could result in malnutrition. You don't need any more health issues. Get some professional help - and save your own life.
Try the Atkins or Ketogenic diet.
Dear, losing weight is actually very easy, crash diets, starvation, etc.
But what is more hard is KEEPING IT OFF. 80% of people who lose weight gain it back.
The problem is creating a lifestyle change of activity and eating that keeps the weight off.
You need regular exercise and diet control.
Instead of counting calories, concentrate on the type of food you eat. Eg eggs are a better option for breakfast than sugary, processed cereals. The less sugar, grains, and processed foods we eat, the better! Also, concentrating on food is more important for weight loss than exercise, and it sounds like you're active enough anyway.
