That's an ok height for a 14 year old and you'll grow taller.You listed 4 different weights.If you're a bit of a fatty then do something about it.Cut out the junk food and get into some sport if you're not doing any already.As regards the girls,just be yourself.Try to forget how good they look and see them as people and basically the same as you,with the same hang ups etc.I'm sure you're not ugly so don't sweat it.Alot of hot girls see themselves as unnattractive so it's about being confident and just relaxing.The most important thing for you though is to concentrate on your studies (sorry to sound like an old fart).Best wishes
