U happy that pics are working again? Lol 😀 anyway they do look ok..sides not so much and whats with it oozing in sauce..hard to tell what we iz looking at
(1 to 2.) Why would anyone pour Sysco Brown Gravy #2 on a ribeye? Oh My God, why would anyone do that to a Ribeye? No one who can cook would do that to a fabulous piece of meat. They are covering up something...
(1-2) The ribs. they look smothered in Bar B Que sauce as well. It does not appear that they baked in the bar b que sauce onto the meat. Given the picture of the ribeye, they must have made the ribs, then fridged them while waiting for you to arrive, then they warmed them up and poured the sauce on them to cove up the fridge smell. The last time that I received something like that was when the real cooks were replaced by untrained latin-american men cooking in the kitchen.
The potatoes look fine and fresh and the vegies look properly steamed but that is the easy part.
As for you, please go to the supermarket and buy a ribeye(Yes the 11.99/lb marbled type). Put some Adolf's meat tenderizer on it, and some Montreal steak seasoning(or salt and pepper), then light the grill brickettes, and cook the ribeye to your desired level of cooking. Then try that. You will never order anything with Sysco Brown #2 on it, in the future.

Is there a steak under that mysterious grey-brown goop, Lee? I really can't tell. A good steak needs no sauce.
