Poll: Don't you just hate friends who always flake out at the last minute ?
I've got this one friend who always pulls out at the last minute whenever we make plans to go overseas. He comes up with the stupidest excuses time and again and I don't know why I even try anymore.

no because your expecting too much. you should expect them to flake out in general so your prepared everyones lives are different i flake out a lot on my friends because im just that fking busy when they plan to go out.

It depends on what they're flaking on. Sometimes I'm secretly glad.
Why do you try? Maybe don't make plans WITH him? Invite him to join wherever you're going, if you wish, but make him responsible for his own planning. That way if he flakes nothing is on you.
