Parabola translating into y = a(x - p)² + q?

So if a parabola is y = x², and it's translated to the form y = a(x - p)² + q by moving it 3 units up, 4 units to the right and expanding it vertically by a factor of 2, what are the values of a, p and q?

Thanks.
