This morning around 7:45 i had a medium Gala red apple, then i had 2 small bites off a Nature's Path Oats & Honey Granola Bar
Then around 9 i had about 10 red Organic seedless grapes
Then around 11 i had 3 small Broccoli cuts
Is this healthy and will i gain weight?
The Nature's Path Oats & Honey is organic, in one small
bar it is only 90 calories and 3grams of fat, BUT I DIDN'T EAT THE
WHOLE BAR I ONLY TOOK 2 SMALL BITES OFF IT.

Oh my goodness. I really hope you're joking.
It's healthy to have small meals/snacks throughout the day, and that breakfast seems pretty small. A big breakfast helps you keep running through the day.
The menu you provided seems like it would either keep your weight where it is or make you lose weight. What I wonder about is whether or not you're hungry between these snacks, because if you let hunger build up you're likely to binge, which unhealthy in a variety of ways.
That sounds perfectly fine to me. You should stop worrying too much. Besides, if you're doctor says your weight is fine and you're perfectly healthy, then you should listen to them. Also, doctors say its best to eat several small healthy meals a day rather than 3 large ones. So you're definitely doing the right thing and eating healthy :)
