Just tell your teacher that if you take it out this soon it will get infected. That's what I used to do.
This particular piercing (I'm assuming you're talking about the nostril and not the septum) takes 6 months to a year or more to heal because it is cartilage. Cartilage takes so long to heal because it doesn't have it's own blood supply and relies on the blood supply of the surrounding soft tissue.
Anyway, you don't want to be taking the piercing out at all, much less trying to reinsert it multiple times a day, 5 days a week. Your risk of infection will skyrocket, you'll be risking some pretty serious irritation, and you'll likely develop some degree of hypertrophic scarring. My best advice would be not to get the piercing while attending a school which doesn't allow it. But I know you're not going to do that. So what I suggest you do, is get a bunch of those really little bandaids and wear them while you're in class. I mean what are they going to do? Tell you that you can't wear a bandaid?
It takes anywhere from 4 weeks to 2 months for it to heal completely. If you take it out before it's healed, there's a good chance of infection and it will hurt when trying to put it back in.
