my fiancée and i were denied our initial I-129F, due to the lack of evidence. we have gone through the Instruction process and have more than enough evidence that is required. after researching the internet, we found a lot of people saying to skip the I290 form because it wastes time and money. so we decided to fail a new I129F . is this the right thing to do? and if so, do we use the A number they posted on the denial letter.

well, you're probably better off refiling, however in all probability the lack of evidence was in her testimony at the interview rather than the lack of physical evidence, although that is certainly possible. and yes, you would use the same A number.
