Yes based on the Qur'an in sura Al Baqarah Allah allows Muslim men to marry 1,2,3 up to maximum 4 wives but they should treat all of their wives fairly.Allah But Muslim women are forbidden(haram)to have more than one husband. Polyandry is not allowed in Islam because the toral of women in the community is more than men so it will raise a social problem if women are permitted to have more than one husband.the same right with men.
"And if you fear that you shall not be able to deal justly with the orphan-girls, then marry (other) women of your choice, two or three, or four but if you fear that you shall not be able to deal justly (with them), then only one or (the captives and the slaves) that your right hands possess. That is nearer to prevent you from doing injustice."
The Qu'ran gives only men the right for multiple wives, it does not give women the right to multiple husbands. Apparently a Muslim woman can insist on a clause in the marriage contract allowing her to divorce the husband if he takes another wife; she can't forbid her husband entering a marriage, but she's allowed to divorce the husband if he takes a second wife. If she doesn't think of putting this condition into the marriage contract before the marriage then she can't divorce him for taking a second, third or fourth wife; she just has to accept that she is sharing her husband.
Incidentally in Hinduism in the Mahabharata a lady named Draupadi was married to five brothers all at once, but I don't know if this practice (polyandry) is generally allowed. Nevertheless if a woman wanted to join a religion that allowed her to practice polyandry maybe she could talk to a Hindu.
This practice certainly seems unfair to me. However it does seem fairer than the (un-Christian) western practice of a man having a wife then having a mistress on the side. The children of a mistress are considered illegitimate, and until recently the mistress and illegitimate children weren't allowed to inherit if the father had a wife and legitimate children. At least islam ensures that if a man wants more than one woman they are dealt with equally.
Here is a link to the Islamic justification for this practice:
A Muslim lady really has no choice but to submit to this practice which is allowed in the Qu'ran. If you don't like this then don't join Islam. Muhammad was a false prophet, and he broke his own rule and at one stage had eleven wives at once. If a lady has already joined Islam or was born Muslim she really has no choice but to accept this state of affairs, as the death penalty for apostasy makes it dangerous to leave Islam.

No. Neither should be polygamous. It's barbaric, cruel and ugly. The kids also grow up messed up.
If the woman has the sperm of 2 men inside her at the same time the act is called homosexuality and a sin to death.
The Qu'ran says, (Surah an Nisa, 4:3),

They should but Islam was invented by a man to benefit men.
Oh, now you're being silly. Women having the same rights as men. What weird Western ideas have you been exposed to?
Lol, nope! Muslim women don't have a lot of rights, especially compared to Muslim men. In the Quran, only men can marry 4 wives.
Same rights as men? In Islam? Are you joking?
