Moving out at 15. Conditions¿?
Okay Im 15 and i live in Florida. With parent permission can i move into a near by apartment with my 2 other friends (15 and 18) We all have jobs and can suppor the money. Is this legal.??? Please help me, iv searched everywhere =]

No, unless you and your other 15-year-old friend are legally emancipated.
I don't think it sounds like a good idea anyway, but I obviously don't know your exact circumstances. Maybe you should try working out whatever things are going on that are making you want to move out, or look into getting an emancipation. It's a big decision to move out and I think the vast majority of 15-year-olds couldn't handle it.
What you are asking about is called emancipation... in most states you are automatically emancipated at age 18... to do this early you may have to be at least 16 (some states vary)... and even then you are pretty much divorcing your parents... and you almost always have to prove neglect or abuse... though it might be easier w/their permission... but by doing this you are no longer entitled to ANYTHING from them... such as clothes, food, fee for school, ect... it is a hard road to go down... are your parents really that intolerable???
