Well i would verbally say something affectionate. Or just gaze in their eyes with passion. Never really given this much thought.

I'm very affectionate so love to touch my wife a lot, hold her hand and snuggle up with her. She's the same so it's just something we do without thinking about it. It's automatic and wonderful.

I made a poem for my wife and my girlfriend. Neither one of them were thrilled about it I could tell. However, I thought it would be something sweet.
