what is the meaning of 元気でよかった
I know that 元気 means good as in how are you. i am doing good. What dose the rest mean. and how in Japanese dose this word/ phrase come about. What i would like to know the grammar construction of this word. ありがとうございました

you are right. 元気 means "good" or "well" or "happy". よかった means i am glad. so 元気でよかった means " i am glad you are doing well"
