Other than the basic idea ,the President had little to do with it, it was written by several congressman, debated and altered by a panel, voted on 10+ times and rewritten.

romney care is working out great in massachusetts . the vast majority are in FAVOR of obamacare . it will save the taxpayer money . the only people who hate it are the crooked doctors and greedy insurance companies that will not be able to scam the system as bad as they are now . they are spending millions to bribe the GOP in congress to block it because they will be losing tens of Billions in overcharges and outright fraud they are doing now .
