The anime has been confirmed, but there isn't an estimated release date yet. Since it was green-lit around May it's likely the anime will air some time in 2014 or early 2015, but anything official is unknown.

Just got back from Animate Girls’ Festival 2013 with great news! According to a postcard passed out if you bought anything from the Kadokawa booth, Love Stage!! will be coming to a TV near you as an anime in 2014! This information follows on the heels of an ‘animated version’ announcement back in June; it was unclear what sort of ‘anime’ the series would receive–a short OVA, an actual animated season (12-13 episodes), or a movie or something. It appears we’ll be getting a full-length anime, though–and in a year or less! This’ll be the first non-Nakamura series to get a full-length anime in quite some time!

Some “important information” is supposed to be released about the anime in the upcoming issue of Ciel at the end of the month, but since this information is out now, we can probably hope for something like cast announcement or possibly more specific air dates! Look forward to it!

The first episode came out already and you can watch it on animehere. I don't know why they said the release date is on July and have episode 1 come out on June 16.

It is coming out as an anime in JULY 2014 if you watch the trailer on YouTube English subs at the end it says that it comes out in JULY !!!
