If you happen to disagree with that then you should know that the Virginia governor has proposed that employers will have full access to their employees medical records. Yup, the insane ******** governor of Virginia has proposed a blatant violation of federal law and medical privacy.

There is a FEDERAL LAW called the HIPPA Law for short and it is decades old. No one may have access to your medical or mental health records without your written permission and you can withdraw that permission any time.
Your private confidential records are certainly NEVER available to your employer without your written consent. It's the LAW!
