On your site http://jehovah.to/exe/general/replace.htm, we can read……
1 During the Early Christian era, Paul describes Jesus as the only one given immortality from Jehovah. Later, the 144,000 receive it as they are resurrected to the heavens during the Parousia of Christ. (See 1 Tim. 6:15, 16; 1 Thess. 4:13-18.) This would mean that angels were not immortal and are not immortal.
Then in your version of the Holy Scriptures we find………
Luke 20:36 In fact, neither can they die anymore, for they are like the angels, and they are God’s children by being children of the resurrection. [NWT]
If as the verse tells us these resurrected ones will be just like angels and can never die [therefore angels cannot die], why do you claim that angels are ((NOT)) immortal?
Update:@theWordofGodisAlive, please read your quoted verses, "In fact, neither can they die anymore," if this does not mean they are immortal, what does it mean?

Hi I Try,
You ask a good question and also make a great point....to bad it was lost on the first respondent who took a defensive posture for his cult. I find it disturbing just how the JW'S twist the word of both God and men. They tend to be experts in distortion, but many of God's people see straight through their deceptions. How are they so crafty in this twisting of the truth....it is because they have the best scripture twister for a leader. Satan is that angel of light , and they are his ministers of his brand of unrighteousness. As long as they are under his spell, they are as blind as statues placed in a cave. You have them caught so watch them twist and turn and accuse you of some how distorting the truth.
in basic terms like I spoke back a query till now this could be a splash comparable. historic scribes invented alot of biblical historic previous. in case you learn historic faith, you will surprised on how a lot similarities the bible has with egyptian legends and literature. To define the bible simply by fact the e book of God is biased. In egyptian literatue there is likewise 3 think Godheads. Human style are in seek of a greater physically powerful potential.... If there have been no regulations, society could be chaos....
As per my knowledge about my religion, every angel or group of angels has a particular duty to do. So as long as this universe exists, angels will live to do their duties. On Qiamat, the purose of angels to live will die as every thing including the universe, living beings and non-living beings will come to an end. So at that time, angels will also die....
With such a grand respect for the written word, we say that all mankind are essentially angels visiting this earth to do God's works and as the soul in incarnation we all are immortal, but not at the bodily level this is perishable always.Amen.
What is this business of "Then in your version of the Holy Scriptures we find"!!! I carry and use the James Moffatt's translation just to show you nay-sayer's that a point can be justified by almost any Bible. I am going to site three different Bibles on the same scripture, Luke 20:36!
NWT "In fact, neither can they die anymore, for they are like the angels, and they are God’s children by being children of the resurrection".
KJV "Neither can they die any more: for they are equal unto the angels; and are the children of God, being the children of the resurrection".
ASV "for neither can they die any more: for they are equal unto the angels; and are sons of God, being sons of the resurrection".
iI'm afraid I cannot see any significant difference between all three translations of scripture.
SO WHAT'S YOUR POINT!!!
Are you trying to say that angels are immortal? The existence of Satan the Devil proves this concept to be false because he will be destroyed in Gehenna with all his demon cohorts! (who at one time were angels) Or are you saying that the 144,000 co-rulers with Christ will not be given immortality?
To my knowledge Jehovah's Witnesses have never claimed the Bible to say that angels are immortal!
You are barking up the wrong tree but are still entitled to your opinion even though it is in error.
