In Isaiah 65:20 we read that children will not die just a few years old but live to be over 100 in most cases. That is anyone that dies under 100 years old will be considered to still be a child. It goes on to talk about sinners living to 100 years old as well but they will have evil called down upon them.
So the way this reads, all people there will die but not till they are well over 100 years old and sinners will reside there with them.
Verse 22 “………..For like the days of a tree will the days of my people be; and the work of their own hands my chosen ones will use to the full” [NWT]
Trees live for a long time but all trees die and God’s people in this reference will only live a long time like trees and not forever.
Please, how are sinners still on “Paradise Earth” and why will people all still die as per this passage if this is supposed to be "Paradise Earth".
I understood it was to be eternal life and not die under 1000 years old. Even the old song Amazing grace tells us that when we have been there 1000 years we don't have one day less to praise God.
Eternal life of Christians sounds a lot better than under 1000 years on "Paradise earth" where you must work as well.
Update:@Sandy, thank you for your comment on my son but an answer would have been better and @ ah relax, if I don’t understand, please explain, but God’s word looks clear to me.

Clarke's Commentary on the Bible
They shall inherit the earth - The word ארץ arets, throughout this Psalm, should be translated land, not earth; for it is most probable that it refers to the land of Judea; and in this verse there is a promise of their return thither.
The phrase in Matthew 5:5 is figurative of the fact that one will inherit God's richest promises (cf. 2 Pet. 3:13; Rev. 21:1; Rm. 8:17). Inherit (kleronomeo) refers to receiving one's allotted portion. Regardless of who holds the civil titles to the properties of the earth, this is our Father's world. He owns the earth (Psa. 24: 1) and He lets the meek share it with Him (cf. Mt. 19:27,29; Mk. 10:29,30; Eph. 1: 11). It does not mean that they will have an abstract deed on record at the courthouse. He may not have an inch of land, but he will enjoy everything good that this world has to offer (I Cor. 3:21-23; 1 Tim. 6:17). He will enjoy the earth.
Matthew 5:5 The meek shall inherit the earth they shall inherit the earth; not the land of Canaan, though that may be alluded to; nor this world, at least in its present situation; for this is not the saints' rest and inheritance: but rather, the "new earth", which will be after this is burnt up; in which only such persons as are here described shall dwell; and who shall inherit it, by virtue of their being heirs of God, and joint heirs with Christ; whose is the earth, and the fulness thereof. Though some think heaven is here designed, and is so called, partly for the sake of variety of expression, from Matthew 5:3 and partly in allusion to the land of Canaan, a type of it; and may be called an earth, or country, that is an heavenly one, in opposition to this earthly one; as the heavenly Jerusalem is opposed to the earthly one, and which will be a glorious inheritance. The passage, referred to is Psalm 37:11.
The Bible says nothing of paradise earth.
