Act 16:6

(GNT) Διελθόντες δὲ τὴν Φρυγίαν καὶ τὴν Γαλατικὴν χώραν, κωλυθέντες ὑπὸ τοῦ ῾Αγίου Πνεύματος λαλῆσαι τὸν λόγον ἐν τῇ ᾿Ασίᾳ,

(ASV) And they went through the region of Phrygia and Galatia, having been forbidden of the Holy Spirit to speak the word in Asia;

(Bishops) Nowe when they had gone throughout Phrygia, and the region of Galatia, and were forbidden of the holy ghost to preache the worde in Asia,

(Darby) And having passed through Phrygia and the Galatian country, having been forbidden by the Holy Spirit to speak the word in Asia,

(DRB) And when they had passed through Phrygia and the country of Galatia, they were forbidden by the Holy Ghost to preach the word in Asia.

(GNB) They traveled through the region of Phrygia and Galatia because the Holy Spirit did not let them preach the message in the province of Asia.

From G4154; a current of air, that is, breath (blast) or a breeze; by analogy or figuratively a spirit, that is, (human) the rational soul, (by implication) vital principle, mental disposition, etc., or (superhuman) an angel, daemon, or (divine) God, Christ’s spirit, the Holy spirit: - ghost, life, spirit (-ual, -ually), mind. @Muppet, I don't know you yet you call me your darling? "Μάνα μου" = "My Darling" in modern Greek, a lot different to ancient Greek, sorry, I am not your darling.
